All orders containing fresh or freezer baits are dispatched using a reputable courier on a next day service.
This minimizes time in transit ensuring your bait remains fresh.
We will endeavor to dispatch your order within 3 to 5 working days when possible. Please be aware during busy times this could be up to 7 working days, although this is unusual, you will be notified in advance.
Please also bear in mind that freezer baits or frozen goods cannot be sent out on a Friday as they would spoil while in the courier network over the weekend.
If a delivery is attempted and is unsuccessful due to the intended recipient not being at the stated shipping address, the courier will leave a card at the delivery address. This card will display a phone number and consignment number. To arrange another delivery time and date, the purchaser must contact the local depot using the number supplied and quote the consignment number shown on the card.
Any frozen product that has spoilt due to numerous attempted delivery fails due to customers not being available to take delivery will not be eligible for a refund.
