If you have a problem with your bait then speak to us - we will use our discretion, and will work out a suitable arrangement if we are at fault and offer a full refund or replacement.

If any of our products arrive damaged or not fit for purpose Please contact us urgently by phone or email and we will arrange collection for inspection.
